Crockpot country style ribs
Who says you can't have tasty Bar-B-Que on a week night... I am a busy Mom, and these ribs come out super tender and finger licking fantastic!
Ingredients:
2 packages pork country style ribs
1 small bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
1 can Coca Cola
Directions:
You can rub ribs down with simply some salt, pepper and garlic powder or you can use a rub, your choice. Add can of Cola and about half of a small bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce to crockpot, stir. Add uncooked boneless ribs to sauce. I sometimes will add a few slices of onion and bell pepper to the sauce. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
Easy & yummy!
