Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
**Do NOT drain beans**
1 can pork & beans
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can Great white northern beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 package of smoked sausage
1 package hickory smoked bacon
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp Tony Chachere's seasoning (or to taste)
Directions:
Add all the beans to pan. In skillet, fry bacon, just before done, add chopped onion. I cut my bacon into pieces before frying, but you can certainly fry each piece and crumble after cooking. Remove bacon, and add to pot of beans. Slice and brown sausage in bacon drippings. Remove and add to beans. Add chili powder and cajun seasoning. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over cooked white rice.
This makes enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. For a larger crowd, just double ingredients. This is also a wonderful dish for left overs, it always tastes even better the next day!

Use 1 tbsp of chili powder. Only use 2 tbsp if doubling recipe.
