

Ingredients:
3 lb Pork loin
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion (chopped, about 1 cup)
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcesteshire sauce
Directions:
COMBINE all ingredients in a 5-quart electric slow cooker. Cover & cook on high setting for about 7 hours (or 10 hours on low).
