I had so many friends and family asking for recipes when I would post the evenings "meal" on facebook. I decided to start a website where I could keep a collection of these recipes and share them with everyone!! I hope you enjoy!!

Cranberry Apple Raisin Cobbler
Ingredients:
4 Granny smith apples, diced
1 16oz can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup raisins
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 20 oz package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
** You can also make your own sugar cookie dough **
Directions:
Combine diced apples, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well. Place mixture into covered baking dish. Slice cookie dough roll into 1/4-1/2" slices and arrange on top of apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender and cookies are golden brown.
**Serve warm with vanilla icecream :)
