I had so many friends and family asking for recipes when I would post the evenings "meal" on facebook. I decided to start a website where I could keep a collection of these recipes and share them with everyone!! I hope you enjoy!!

Beef Tips & Rice
INGREDIENTS
. 1 lb beef
. 1/2 yellow onion
. 1/2 bell pepper
. 3 cloves fresh garlic
. 8 oz can mushroom (or fresh)
. 14.5 oz can beef broth
. 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
. 1/4 cup wine
. 1 tbsp tomato paste
. 2-3 tbsp flour
. 2 tbsp olive oil
. salt, pepper, paprika
Cube beef in to bite size pieces, place in small bowl & season with salt, pepper and paprika. Coat seasoned meat with flour. Heat olive oil in medium size skillet. Brown meat. Add chopped onion, bell pepper & garlic and mushrooms. Add wine &season beef broth. Add tomato paste & cream of mushroom soup. Mix well. Simmer on low for about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

We are a few days shy of grocery day, so I substituted a few ingredients. I used deer stew meat instead of beef. Omitted the mushrooms and cooked the meat in Wood Chuck Hard Cider..pear flavor (its a beer type of alcohol ). It turned out just as good!
