
This recipe is from my cousin. The kids love it and its a super easy & quick meal!
Ingredients:
1 box Au Gratin (or Scalloped) Potato mix
1 lb ground beef
1 can cream style corn
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Prepare potatoes according to the directions on the box. I usually do mine in a large casserole dish or glass bowl. While potatoes are cooking, crumble and brown hamburger meat in skillet; drain. I usually season my meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little Cajun seasoning. After meat is browned and drained and potatoes are done, pour meat into the potatoes. Mix in the can of cream corn. Combine well. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake in the oven at 350F for about 15-20 minutes until bubbling. Remove and let cool just a moment before serving.
