I had so many friends and family asking for recipes when I would post the evenings "meal" on facebook. I decided to start a website where I could keep a collection of these recipes and share them with everyone!! I hope you enjoy!!

Bengal Tiger Chicken




This recipe is from my friend Kassie. It's super easy and ohhhh soooo good!!
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans (10.5oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup real Mayo
1/2 cup milk (or sour cream)
1/8 tsp curry powder (or to taste)
1 tsp parsley flakes (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F
In saucepan, combine cream of mushroom soup, mayo, milk (or sour cream), curry powder, and parsley. Warm on very low heat. Place uncooked chicken breasts in casserole dish. Pour sauce mix over chicken and place in oven at 350*F. Cook for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours (depending on size of chicken breasts.

Serve over white rice.
