4 Layer Delight
My friend Ericka is such a good cook, I have several recipes from her... they have all been super yummy!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts (I usually use pecans, but use whatever you like)
1 stick butter
16 oz cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups milk
2 boxes instant pudding (the french vanilla is really good)
8 oz cream cheese
Directions:
Bottom layer:
Mix butter, flour, and nuts. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely.
2nd Layer:
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1/2 the cool whip (8oz). Use electric mixer to get out most of the lumps. Pour over bottom layer in pan.
3rd Layer:
Mix milk and pudding together. Pour over 2nd layer in pan.
4th Layer:
Cover with remaining 8oz of cool whip.
**Note: You can also sprinkle the top with chocolate chips**
Refridgerate until ready to serve.
