There are lots of recipes out there for herb butter. My awesome sister-n-law makes this and it taste WONDERFUL!
Stick butter (slighty softened)
Add garlic powder, rosemary, and italian seasoning to taste.
Stick in the fridge and it will harden back up. You can pop in microwave for a few seconds to make spreading easier
** Tastes great on hoggie bread, then lightly toasted, and add meatballs for meatball subs.... YUM! **
